I have been calling the offices of the above attorneys for no less than two weeks, their branch in Pretoria they don't answer their phone. It just goes straight to their automated answering machine. I was finally able to get hold of their Cape Town branch and a lady by the name of Wendy answered the phone and I requested a settlement as I would like to settle my account that was handed over to them.
I have since been waiting but now they don't even answer their phone or it engaged. I just want this settlement letter so that I can settle this account and be over and done with them.
