My name is Ms Chauke, on the 16th of April my car was but was recovered by netstar, I then contacted my insurance company (first for women) and I was assigned a claim consultant by the name of Theo and had no problems with him as he kept me updated daily and told me what was required of me was happy with the service I got from him then an sms was sent to me informing me that my repairs consultant was Sindiswa and gave me her contact numbers but ever since I went for my vehicle assement in industria I have not been updated as to how far are the panel beaters with my car and the consultant that is suppose to give feedback on what is happening has never contacted me and its been 2 weeks and today wen I called I was told she was off sick and another lady offered to assist me by calling the panel beaters (Proline) and finding out the status on my vehicle and she was told they were waiting for parts (after 3weeks of having the vehicle in their position).such incompetence should never be tolerated especially if you as a client has to call them just to get feedback.
