Standardbank moving forward and im not

I am extremely disgusted at the lack of service I keep getting form standard bank I have sold my house and have been in contact with this bank from January and I'm battling to "move forward" I have asked for cancellation figures and have been sent from pillar to post, they first asked for my agents credentials and those where sent through now they want the buyers bond grant which has been provided to them the first time around. The only thing I so desperately want is the cancellation figures but the bank is not budging I feel like they are deliberately delaying the process and this whole exercise does not help me much as the bond is still accumulating interest can you please help me move forward sometime this century.
