Excess and Bad Customer Service

I have been a proud customer of I wyze for the last couple of years but now i have totaly lost confidence in these people. 1. I was hit by a bus last year in march. in fixing my car I had to pay excess wich i was promised to get back, as soon as the other party paid them back. I then suppplied them will all the necessary info of the third party i.e. Driver Name, Cell & registration. Up until to date i have not received my excess instead some rude natasha from their legal dep said i wont get my money because they have not been able to track the bus. 2. I lodged a complaint about my tv that is broken in Jan or Feb. until to day they have been sending me automatic msg's that my claim is still being procesed. what kind of a claim takes 2 months being processed? 3. Last month i sent an email to their complaints dep, complaining about this bad service. until yo date i have not even received a simple acknowledgement of my complaint.
