Resolution expected: Personal feedback via e-mail or telephone, and ultimately the full payment/reimbursement of "excess" not yet retrieved from other party's insurer.

Background info: Formal communication dated 11/09/12 from Obed Nkadimeng states that Santam forwarded a demand to the other party regarding the excess. According to this letter they diarized the case for 30 calendar days.

This is the last communication I have received from Santam to date, including multiple attempts at initiating feedback per e-mail, except for the automatic response from [Email Removed] indicating that my e-mails were received.
