I was in an accident on Sunday I had to wait 5 hours for the towing truck (Very disappointing)
I call them on Monday to register my claim, & guess what? I learned that my policy was cancelled (I got a SMH), & they told me, dey sent an SMS to notify me about the cancellation.

Policy was cancelled because on unpaid premium. Went to the bank to get a B/S and then I realized they deducted the premium on 31st March 2013. My policy with them was suppose 2 start effective 01 April 2013 and I heard TOLD them even put it in writing that I want my premium to go off my account on 22nd of each month because i get paid on 21st of each month. Having made that statement and put it on the policy they still went with the 01st of each.

One of the consultants told me my policy was cancelled and I will have to start all over again with the paperwork. I called dz ppl last week to change my bank details, but I wasn't told about this, the guy didn't even tell me that my policy was cancelled or that I missed a payment. He updated my record with the new bank details and told me he was going to mail me a letter confirming the change.
