I lost a laptop in February which i reported to IWyze and Nomonde Zakhe (consultant) told me it was suppose to have been insured as a separate item not under the household content, and i told her that the sales person, i communicated with did not mention that, i can only recall a cellphone that was specified and i did not take that one.
she said she will have to listen to the sales recording and get back to me. to date i have not had any feedback calls from iwyze its been 3 months now.
lastly i spoke to Loraine Moimela (spelling name might be incorrect) who also promised to get back same day 13-May -13 and nothing.
super poor service from the consultant. no turn around time and customer needs care.
please help.
