Bad service

I was told by FNB card to contact FNB life to cancel my life protection on the card assist plan, as this is the reason for the account going into areas.

This I have tried several times without avail, the consultants is forever busy, you are told to stay on the line, that I did several times even left messages to be contacted but time and again the automated voice tells you thanks for calling and then the call is dropped on which you must call back again.

I then contacted FNB card again today 14.05.2013 to ask for help, because I received a SMS that I am handed over for legal action to [Email Removed] .

Basically I was told it is not their problem and they will have me prosecuted if I stay in areas. and that FNB life can only be contacted on: 086 033 6446
Can somebody please assist me or get FNB life to contact me.

I am trying my best and pay may debt, but I feel that FNB is out to intimidate me although I try to resolve the matter.

I also want to know why it is not mentioned in the letter from FNB regarding the arrangement that life cover will still be deducted and this will yet again bring my account in areas.
