I have had endless hassles with Virgin Money in regards to changing a bank account details for a debit order. I was promised return calls, I was given misinformation, I was given the run around and generally treated like no one cared. That was until Marcella Van Rensburg took my complaint. Not only did she take ownership, but she put up with my complaints and moaning and sorted out an issue that no one else at Virgin was bothered about.
Please give Marcella Van Rensburg a raise and a promotion. Without her I fear for Virgin Moneys future.
