The final straw on the camels back!!

I am truly disappointed and saddened by the Virgin Active gym. Don't get me wrong... I love Richard Branson and what he has done but the people under him do not follow his vision.

What happened:
Myself and my husband went overseas for a year, we cancelled our memberships at the gym and this was agreed upon from both parties. One Year Later... we got back and realised our accounts were STILL being debited... after many meetings, phone calls and emails this issue never got resolved and I was ignored for months by managers after they had promised our money back. I have heard countless stories of this happening to other people.

2 years later...
We joined the gym (again) under the pretenses that there would not be any charges to get a Liberty Life policy transfer (makes the membership cheaper) Long story short... they have been screwing us around day in and day out. Their sales people to you to get you to join and then whack on charges that were never disclosed. They say they don't want to loose you as a customer but then don't do anything about helping you.

My advice... don't get involved with Virgin Active Gym... they are artists!!

Richard Branson would be ashamed of you!!!
