I completed the online application and was told agent would get back to me within 24hrs. Let's just say it's been 2 weeks and nothing.
And please, do not call me now in attempt to rectify, you had 2 weeks. I just want this complaint to sit with the whole bunch of other service related complaints on HelloPeter for the next 365 days.
