This is my first hello Peter complaint. That's how disappointed I am. I ordered couches and chairs at coricraft 7 weeks ago and was told it would take 6 weeks for them to be completed and delivered to me. I received no follow up calls that were promised, in fact Im the one who had to call in to check the progress. I was told 29 July it would be completed and delivered 2-3 days after that. 29 July came and went I called the shop again, they referred me to the warehouse who told me no, its 29 AUGUST.
Im appalled. So I say thats fine, Id like to cancel the order. They say you will have to pay 10% because the order has been completed. So I said well if its been completed WHY can they not deliver? No answer.
Just tried calling customer complaints - the phone keeps ringing.
I have spent more than R60 000 at Coricraft and this is the service I get!??
