On the 2nd of May at 11.10 I received the attached e-mail response and am waiting since then for further communication - what a joke! Certainly not my bank of choice any more!!!

We have logged the below as a formal complaint against the bank to which we have assigned a complaints specialist under reference CCT 480267.
