Have To Pay For A smart Device That I Do Not Own

FNB ADD A SMART DEVICE ACCOUNT ON MY BANKING PROFILE WITH A -R7560.00, HOW CAN I PAY FOR SOMTHING THAT I DONT HAVE, WHEN I NOTICED I AM BEING CHEATED I CALLED FNB AND HAD TO WAIT OVER 15 MINUTES BEFORE SPEAKING TO A CONSULTANT, THEN THEY TELL ME I SHOULD CALL SMART DEVICES INSTEAD, . I ONCE AGAIN WAIT FOR A CONSULTANT . THEN I AM TOLD THAT IT WILL BE ESCALATED BUT ONLY REMOVED WITHIN 7 DAYS ... "7 DAYS - RIDICULOUS SERVICE", I AM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED AT THIS AND WOULD LIKE ASSISTANCE TO RESOLVE ALL "INCORRECT CHARGES" AND SHIFT MY BANK ACCOUNT FROM FNB TO ANOTHER SOUTH AFRICAN BANK . THANKS IN ADVANCE.
