On Old Mutuals website there is a box that says you should fill in your details and someone will come back to you! Its been over 2 weeks now and I am still waiting! I put in my details last week again. No response. I contacted their phone number 0860 101 233 this morning, spoke to someone about taking out mediacl aid, they COULDN'T EVEN HELP ME and told me they will get someone to call me back. Really? This is the phone number they say you should contact for medical aids and that is their response!!! I can only just imagine how you people treat your actual clients!!! PATHETIC!!!
