I phoned the call center to confirm my benefits and according to your website i can use any hospital with the hospital plan, which was confirmed early in the year when i spoke to many consultants. Now 2 people told me i can only use certain hospitals. One of the consultants was Sandy from Pre -Authorization. Another consultant was very rude to me and fought with me when i insisted on what the website says.
I proceeded to complain to the CLO department and i have no response from them and this is 3 days later... I am sick and tired of the pathetic service i am getting from Resolution. It is a constant battle. I am seriously considering changing medical aids at the end of the year and i will not recommend this medical aid to anyone because of the pathetic service i am getting.
