Limited or no service from Old Mutual - emails fall on "dear ears". OM's retort is that they are consistantly receiving "high volumes" of emails/calls - calls take on average LONGER than 15mins to be answered and emails take up to two weeks for a response to be sent and then it's only a response to tell you that your query has been issued with a tracking number. And you never hear from them again.
Their contact details - 0860 50 60 [Email Removed] is like hitting a brick wall - you get nothing from dialing their number or sending them an email. Their on-line self-help service tools are constantly experiencing "technical difficulties".
And this is coming from a broker - I can only pity the poor clients.
