Pathetic service

I complained in Jan - No one called. I called 3 weeks ago to get a Directors email address or contact number to explain my situation but there are no details on your website. I even tried contacting the call centre where I spoke to a Avinesh Jugernath who assured me at the beginning of the conversation that he can help but after explaining what I needed he couldn't, I even tried to get the directors details but NO they can't be given out. He didn't even escalate the matter to the relevant managers. What service is this where my query is not resolved and you can't get a hold of any person in authority who can make a call and ensure that some-one sorts my problem out. This is extremely frustrating but let's try 1 more time. My phone has errors (sim car rejected) this was taken in 3 times to midrand and they gave me another phone but still this error persists. I am unable to download things of the internet but is sometimes successful (2 out of 10). The phone just switches off when it pleases. WHAT DO I DO. I am tired of going to MTN service centre as this frustrates me even more. Please give me the contact details for the MD or CEO. MTN is not treating their clients fairly.
