I went to Absa on Wednesday 08/05/13 to apply for vehicle financing for my business. I was dealing with a lady whom she is full of attitude and very rude. She behaved like I went there to apply for the vehicle financing to her personal capacity. I supplied her with all the requirements for the application, and made a follow up next day. It was approximately 12:30 as I was sitting at the waiting area waiting for her, in next 5 minutes she showed up and ask if she can help me. But the minute she recognized it was me the applicant then she said I should come back after 14:00. I couldn't made it after 14:00 due to busy schedule. I went to the branch the next day Friday and was advised she wasn't in. When I was there today 09:30 when she confronted me again with her extremely bad attitude telling me to come the next day because I couldn't come at 14:00 last week. As I continued trying to explain my self & last week unavailability after 14:00, then she went on and on giving the most ruthless attitude any customer does not deserve.
I do not think she subscribes to the values of the company which are:
Respect
Integrity
Service
Excellence
Stewardship
It was very disturbing experience.
