Stinking attitude

I was with my 2 year old daughter to deposit money at FNB. The teller (who was free to assist with deposit taking) didn't serve me in time. She was busy chatting to her colleagues. When she finally called me to come through she started counting some cash which was on her drawer. What made me angry is that she didn't even greet me or atleast acknowledge that we were there. Eventually she took the deposit and handed the receipt without saying a word. I took the slip and just when I was turning to leave her colleague commented about my child's hairstyle and all three started to laugh. I felt so small. They were so loud and didn't even seem to mind that I was hearing the nasty comment they were making about the hairdo of my daughter. I felt so small and almost ran to the door becoz I was so embarrassed.
That was unprofessional and very irritating. I've never been humiliated like that in my life. I will NEVER bank with a bank where I will be treated like that.
You've just lost a potential client.
