On Saturday morning I had to collect my new card at the Blue Route Branch. It was very busy so I had time to observe the staff at the inquiry counter. I was so impressed with their courtesy and patience and treatment of each client. Mr Cloete who served me went out of his way to sort out my account..Thank you and well done all of you:)
