Hallo Peter, thank you for assisting me after my previous complaint. I've received a response from Absa immediately. My problem is partially solved but I just get no further response in refunding outstanding monies due to me, the cancelling of my debit order and the closing of my account. Previously I was informed that the money was not transferred due to a system error but it later emerged that it was because my units were not sold as requested. Please help as I'm trying since last year July to get my debit order cancelled and have gone so far as to request the closing of my account which is not being done. Thank you.
