My Car broke down on Saturday i called mutual and federal for assistance with towing, one of the consultant told me that they can only come and tow my car if I'm stuck next to the road, my car broke down at home. Was i suppose to push it outside the yard, stand next to the road, look stranded and call them. I don't really understand why but this is nonsense. I'm so disappointed.
