International orders not responded till increase

I ordered items in May from a photography shop in the USA as the prices with the exchange rate were more acceptable. Later the day I get a sms, that I must phone them to verify it, where usually suspicious activities the bank would phone me. I spent in total over 6 hours trying to get in touch with their department. Even placed numerous comments on the Facebook page to which I got some really stupid comment from RB Jacobs, after I had said I am still waiting, he/she asks if I finally got through.

So finally FNB decides to make the payment go through and suddenly it costs more than R 400.00 extra, whether it is due to exchange rates changing due to the slackness of the bank, or due to the bank more money from the exchange rate (which is unlikely it only shows B&H's costs on the statement, meaning it would be) I finally got the payment cleared.

What is the point of having a number to phone to get things done, if no one ever answers the phone. I probably spent more on the phone holding, than I did on my purchase.

Yes this complaint is 2 months late, but I have been to busy to do anything.

I usually have good service from the bank, but now
