Mutual & Federal insurance is denying liability and refusing to repair a car that was hit by the truck of their client. This happened on the 16th November 2013.
I was turning to the right and before I finish turning the truck was overtaking the car and the truck collided with the car and dragged it to outside of the road.
Mr Sherwin Hans of Mutual & Federal say I was the wrong one meaning the truck was doing right to overtake me while I am making a turn and indicating my intentions
I do not understand their response.
