I phoned outsurance to complain about the rerate notification on my insurance policy. Candy Leyds listened attentively and was very undestanding about my disatisfaction. She went out of her way to provide me with a better package and adjusted my premium to be in line with my risk profile. She also took the initiative of explaining some things in my insurance contract which i did not understand clearly. her level of professionalism was very impressive and at the end of our phone conversation, she had managed to change me from being a disatified customer to a very happy customer.
