I Phoned Outsurance this morning. Regarding a review of the insurance amount of my vehicle.
I was expecting it to be a mission to try and get my premium down.
I was promptly put through to Nelius Van Niekerk who assessed my risk portfolio which was done in almost no time at all.
The level of professionalism and effort put in to help me as the customer is rarely found in South Africa any more, it was just great to deal with someone of that competence level.

Great job to Nelius and to Outsurance, please keep on employing people like this.
