I have placed an online claim on Wednesday, and this morning when I wasn't at my phone for not more than 5 min. I received a call and a voice mail was left saying I cut them off. I do not have time to be accused of such nonsense. I'm spending my time and money and going out of my way to send the claimed items in for an assessment to save time, because I know it takes time to sort out this kind of matter. I do not appreciate the attitude of the person who left that voice message. I will change insurance companies if this is the kind of service I'm getting.
