Appalling service received from Aon

I have insured my laptop and household items with Aon.

3 months ago my flat was literally 30 cm under water due to the rains.

I contacted Aon 2 months ago with my claim. It took over a month for them to send someone to have a look at my seriously damaged furniture.

Its been 2 months... no contact from them at all. I have called in to the call centre and spoken to
1) Linda Bredenkamp 2 weeks ago: she promised that I she would get back to me.. no response.
2) I have emailed Karina Fleming (person handling my claim) no response
3) I spoke to Joshua Vorster... he promised that he would send me an email to start a paper trail... no email.
4) Everleigh Clarke was the only person to actually cc me in an email to Karina Fleming: requesting her to contact me.

But obviously she has not replied to my request.

I am still paying my monthly insurance premiums... for what?

Joshua Vorster claimed to have called me... but he call with a "blocked number" and leaves no message on my voice mail.

A word of advice: DO NOT EVER TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH AON... They take your money... but you are left uninsured.

I wonder if I cancel the debit order if they will respond?.. Lets see!
