Duplicated debit card purchases and late deductio

On the 09th April 2013 debits were duplicated from my account but not yet reversed. the bank has acknowledged this error but nothing has been done yet. this has caused a lot of frustration on my side. Deduction were not deducted as scheduled and this is an inconvenience. this should be treated as a matter of urgency.
