At the beginning of the legal process we were assisted by Lynn Samsodien and instructed me to have a life policy for the bond as this is compulsory and required by ABSA, I did and sent her the documents. She then later asked me and my fianc? e to come and see her at the offices to sign and explain everything. A week later she then sent me an email and asked my Fianc? e for his life policy as this is compulsory that both of us must have and I asked why were we not informed from the beginning nevertheless he did and we sent her the documents with his life policy and I was expecting her to call us again because the figures now will be different since Unam's life insurance was not included on the documents that we signed.
Lynn thereafter insisted that we pay her the outstanding amount otherwise transfer will not take place. We were forced to make means to get the money and pay and that was the last time we heard from her. On the 17th of April my partner then sent an email to her asking about the amount that will be deducted as we are waiting for the final figure to confirm how much will be deducted and she said she is waiting for the deeds office
