Ever since i published my complaint 3 weeks ago i immediately got a call from one of Finrites consultant who asked me to send the docs to her and i did and that was the end>why is it difficult for Finrite to help its customers when they need. I have insurance which i pay but i cant get help. I dont even have the policy docs or the policy, i just want to know how long will it take to get my claim processed
