I have applied for a home loan of R608 000.00 on three occasions and it has been declined on all three occasions during March 2013. I appealed this and it was still declined. I have been banking with absa for more than 12 years. I have purchased vehicles with absa and paid them up without any hasseles. I have an annual turnover of about R 350 000.00 from the four taxis I own. My wife (Nomakhosi Magingxa 5709120828083) is a hospital manager with the Dept of Health, earning R 35 132.75 with a nett salary of R 18 960.12 per month. The instalment is going to deduct directly from her salary and we are married in community of property. That is why I cannot see the reason why my application is declined.
