DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY AGAIN

I applied for home loan 3 weeks 4 days ago, I was called twice with the decline response due to returned debit orders & was asked to write an email with the explanation on all occasions, I did that but last week Tue I was called again with the same response.

I am so angry coz of my time & effort which I putted in for nothing. I didn't applied to other banks because my expectations were raised by Std bank. My husband wanted to apply from his bank but I told him that there is no need coz its looking good with Std bank. I even ask Troy that was there anything else other than the returned debit orders she said everything else seem to be fine. Now I have to extend my lease with 3 months which I will be paying R7 400.00 while I wait for other bank responses.

If I lose that house I will hold Std bank responsible. They should have told me from the start that no matter what I can do or say my application will remain declined and I was going to apply from other banks.

Std bank wasted my whole 3 weeks and 4 days for nothing with back and forth e-mails. The worse part I've lodge a complaint on the 2 Dec 2013, no one has bordered to call/ or respond to my e-mail.
