I'm so dissapointed with FNB's forex department. I've always received good service from FNB in general and always tell people good things about them. Alas, this has come to an end.
On the 11th I had to pay over the balance of an accommodation invoice for a place in France. Forex wasn't happy with the invoice so 3 days later I got another invoice exactly how they wanted it. I was told to send it directly to [Email Removed] . To my suprise the status of the payment was still failed a few days later. I spoke to 3 consultants before that final one finally advised me to send the invoice again and mark it for attention Kaylen. Now's it 12 days later and the payment is still not processed. Kaylen and Tshepo Seromo has dropped the ball and made a fool out of me. They've failed to give me feedback, sort out the issue and have brought FNB's good name into dispute. I'm one very unhappy customer. Today no one is available in the department that is supposed to help me. How is this even possible?? I've sent my ref no to Michael Jordaan, perhaps he's can get someone to sort this out. Unacceptable FNB, really.
