Delay in Responce

My name is vanessa Makhubu and I attend at SWGC Dobsonville College. Old Mutual Pencare has advised me that the reason the finance is not in, is because they haent recieved any confirmation from my school, even though i have sent all neccessary documentation that proves I attend here, and it has been approved. They said they need to make direct contact with my school, and so I have even sent them a direct email adress of pinkyr@swgc head of administration as well as the college number and yet there has not been a response. My sister lodged a complaint on my behalf about this and I recieved an email on friday requesting my contact details, and i sent it to them, yet again... and yes you guessed it, no reply what so ever. I am currently wring my exams and as you can imagin for % months I have recieved no funds, so I am struggling to make ends meet. Please ensure that you help me get them to respond and quicken the process as i have exhausted everybody else that could help me.

Not that they dont know, but please tell them im sorry for bieng a pest but This is my last year, and i intend on working next year, so I promise I wont bother them anymore.
