On the 10/08/2010 I requested to cancel my tuition with Intec College via email.
For this email I got a response from Lynne requesting that I must give my student number for her to assist with my cancellation on the 19/08/2010. Since then nothing was sent through to me to refuse my cancellation. Payments were still going off my account and when I called requesting to speak to Lynne Hendricks and I was told by one of their consultants that this would not be possible. The payments continued to go off on my account then again called the college and spoke to Ignatius Jansen who said he would look into why this account was still going off and I then only recieved a statement off the computer and nothing further. This was yet another follow up from my side in 2011. The debit order stopped and I then thought that the cancellation was then approved. Early this year out of the blue I recieved an sms that I must settle an account that the college has not come back to me about in three years that I must now settle or my account would be handed over. Three years later im still fighting this battle.
