I had a query on information on a short course, i sent the Cape Town office a email requesting information i had not gotten a reply in two weeks after i sent 2 emails, i then called them asking who monitors those mails and no one knew, so i mailed the JHB branch about two weeks ago and still havent recieved a reply.
what kind of business are you running?
i definately do not want to attend this college if the service is like this.
