WOW. Excellent service from Rezah Isaacs.
Initially I had problems with this company due to one employee's attitude (Robert). I lost faith and was very disappointed and in a bad space (in a time my car is being written off as well!).
Rezah stepped in and singlehandedly not only restored my faith in this company, but made me vow NEVER to leave them and tell all I come in contact with to sign up with Dial Direct Insurance.
Thank you Mr Isaacs for patience and for caring for your customers, and having empathy. And also making THINGS HAPPEN! You are truly a gem of an asset and I can only hope that the company recognises that in you.
