They are taking customers for Granted

On the 13/04/2013 I drove over the rock when coming from a funeral, on monday when I'm suppose to go to work my car was not drivable. I then contacted Santaam, they send a towing service to and my car was sent to Jet Park. A week after my car was towed to Jet Park someone by the name Tshepo contacted me and said he was calling with regards to my claim on behalf of Santam asking me where would I like my car to be fixed? I said Benoni since is my nearest town. On the 9th May I was contacted by someone by the name Anna Moromeng telling me that my claim was not valid saying that there was oil leak, mounting was off and due to wear and tear, later Benoni Cranborn Panelbeater contacted me to come fectch my car, I contacted my insurance about this matter and they are giving excuses to tow back my car saying that (Tinus Debeers)( a national assessing manager) he never nstructed anybody to uplift the car to Cranborn. Instead of taking responsibility a receive this rude response worse of all from the manager. Anna again sent me an e-mail saying that she requested Santam will assist me by towing my car from Cranborne to where I want to be repaired, she's now want to change her tu
