Still waiting for SANTAM to respond to a very unsatisfactory handling of a claim. Mr Frantz please ask a superior to take a look at the claim. Your answer that the dishwasher is not covered because of normal wear and tear is rubbish. Did you assess the machine - NO! Did you ask to see proof of purchase - NO! Did you reply to my last email- NO!
I HAVE ASKED THAT YOU CANCEL THE POLICY BUT AS A MATTER OF DECENCY PLEASE GIVE A VALID ANSWER FOR NOT HONOURING THE CLAIM! I am taking out insurance elsewhere but not getting a satisfactory reply is really shocking service!!!
