Never had enough funds in my account for my ABSA Life debit order to go off.
contacted them 4 days ago, as well as have sent over FOURTY emails to them since, NO ONE has bothered to come back to me.
all i requested was for someone to please advise if another payment is going to try be taken off on a certain date, or if i must do a manual payment to them - this been concerned about my monthly payments been up to date, but NO ONE bothers to come back to me!!
have tried calling a few times, i hang on and on and on... no one answers their phones.
not only is this PATHETIC service, but i am quite concerned as to how ABSA is looking after my money every month!!! its concerning that a simple question cannot be answered after four days!!!
i am more than willing to move my policy to a new banking concern, one that that offer a much more professional service, especially when dealing with MY money!!!
