Be weary, Advertising not exactly true

So I am a platinum account older at FNB, and provide a fair amount of turnover as far as an individual account goes. The rewards advertised apparently come with significant unreasonable terms and conditions. I request access to the slow lounge (international) for a trip for myself and my wife, to get told the criteria is X amount of spend, after checking my account I am 20 times higher than the criteria. Hey advise they will grant me access but I must pay R250 per person, that is not an advertised benefit, that is me paying for access. My last complaint on this site about FNB was not resolved and it was regarding my home loan, so I moved it, previous to that was on my company account, no resolved, I moved it, please note the pattern. Await your decision, is R250 worth my account. PS was promised a personal banker or a specific contact at least 4 years ago, still never delivered.
