I did all my best to pay my FNB loan account, but when I check on my credit record I found out that you are not updating my status since I started paying my account last year. When I contacted Khaya he told me that the status will be updated when my account is fully paid. Now I did my best to pay the outstanding balance, but my account still is owing 22000.00 on the ITC records. Please update my status as I have fully paid you.
