I requested that my claim of September 2012 be paid out to me as i'm struggling with the prescribed panel beaters from Miway.
I requested this on the 2nd of May, waited for a call back and requested it again on the 6th of May and waited again for a call back. i was contacted on the 7th to say that they are having problems in creating the disclaimer to be emailed to me. till today still no feedback and no form. In the mean time this policy should be cancelled with immediate effect and can only be done once the claim have been settled.
This has been now a week and still no joy. Surely there must be a manual form if the electronic one does not work?
