Listed with ITC as Delinquent on a closed account?

I paid up my cerdit card last novemeber and asked that the accoutn be closed - now i see on my credit report i am listed by STD bank as a delinquesnt for R210?? no one phoned me and told me that i need to pay this amount - now how am i supposed to pay this??? Why couldnt someone tell me i OWE this amount???
