I have been trying for the past 2 weeks to log a 3rd party claim by phoning 0114894415.
phoned 12h25 on 29/04/2013 got cut off
Phoned 12h30 on 29/04/2013 spoke to a PA, said that they will phone me back as they are busy now.
phoned 13h30 on 29/04/2013 was advised that they are having system problems
phoned 09h30 on 30/04/2013 got cut off
phoned 09h35 on 30/04/2013 was advised that they have been having system problems for more than a week... and it should be resolved by the end of this week.
Phoned 08h10 on 06/05/2012 was advised that the agents only start to work from 08h30 and they will phone me back shortly.
Phoned 09h25 on 09/05/2013 was advised by Nono that all the consultants are busy and they will phone me back shortly, left my details with her as i did all the other times.
