02.12.2013 I spoke to Kgosi. A dbl increased pmnt was dt against my acc. According to my agr the increment should only occur at the end of Jan each year. He asked me to forward him a copy of my agr (which was surprising that this was not on their system) which I did 03.12.2013. I phoned and left mesgs for him the and was not phoned back. 04.12.2013 I phoned again and got to speak to him. He admitted a mistake was made and a ct will be paid to me within 5 working days. I also requested him to advise if my fee that will be dt in Dec was changed back to the orig dt order. He couldn't confirm but will find out and phone me back the next day before 16h00. I did not receive a call from him and I decided to phone him yesterday (10.12.2013) at 15h55 after I left a message for him to phone me earlier in the day. He advised that it was decided that they will subtract the amt from my fee in Jan. This was not what we discussed and I was told that if I want it any other way he will have to start the paperwork all over and I will receive the funds within 5 working days. I demanded pmnt to be received today and with an attitude he said, so you want to get me fired for R32. It is actually R64!!
