WE have been trying to cancell a policy from before its inception and we have been receiving confusing messages and promises that are not kept, i would like our refund and the policy to to cancelled as we kept our side by adhering to the proceedures, since it is my money taken i would like it refunded. its so funny that when policies are written there are so little checks and balances in place but request a refund then your integrity gets questioned...
