A single respond, would do

I deposited money using the ATM, which uses the envelope system. it was on the 1st May and i took to account that it was a public holiday. i had this similar problem before and they told me that it took 3 working days before the money cleared, which was R250 to be exact. three working days had passed and ive sent Standard bank complaint division numerous emails into assisting me with this problem. one thing that bugs me the most is that they have failed to call nor email me just stating that they will look into it. im beyond mad, im livid because ive been dismissed yet again. R250 might not look much but we need it to survive in this era. please help me, for you are now my only hope
